Crafted by Silvio Jermann, a visionary winemaker renowned for blending tradition with innovation, the 2020 Afix Riesling is a testament to Friuli-Venezia Giulia's unique terroir. Sourced from the estate's 180 hectares of vineyards, the grapes thrive in marl and sandstone soils, known locally as "ponca," which impart distinctive minerality to the wine. 
Partially vinified on the skins and aged for ten months on fine lees in stainless steel, this wine showcases a harmonious balance of freshness and complexity
