Collection: Domaine Hugh Liddell | Saint-Aubin
Many of you will know Hugh Liddell for his acclaimed English sparkling wines at Cottonworth. He has now expanded into Burgundy with similar precision and intent. He began his wine career studying and working in Burgundy in 2003. Hugh knows the French scene well, now making a couple of focused, elegant Chardonnays from his ‘mini-Domaine’, farming four parcels (2/3ha) in Chassagne-Montrachet Les Lombardes and Saint-Aubin Les Perrières. His wines are vinified and aged in an ancient, traditional vaulted cellar just metres from his home in St Aubin and the barrels stored in cellars under his house. The vineyard have been classified as organic since 2022.
