Appearance
Bright pale gold with fine, persistent streams of bubbles forming a delicate mousse. The bead is elegant and continuous, reflecting careful bottle fermentation and lees ageing.

Aroma
Fresh yet gently complex. Aromas of green apple, crisp pear and melon lead the way, layered with subtle honey blossom and a touch of citrus lift. With time in the glass, faint biscuity and lightly yeasty notes emerge, adding depth without overshadowing the purity of fruit.

Palate
Crisp, poised and classically structured. The palate opens with bright orchard fruit—green apple and baked apple—alongside hints of lemon and soft stone fruit. A fine mousse carries the flavours, while a subtle creamy, lightly toasty character from lees ageing adds texture. Fresh acidity drives the wine, leading to a clean, mineral-edged finish that is both refreshing and refined.

A versatile sparkling wine that excels at the table. Pair with oysters, scallops or classic fish and chips for a quintessentially English match.
