NV Champagne Drappier Trop M'en Faut! Coteaux Champenois France
GW says: Drappier 'Trop m’en Faut!' is a bold new cuvée from Hugo Drappier, crafted entirely from Pinot Gris—locally known as Fromenteau. The name is a cheeky nod to old French for “I can’t get enough,” and it fits: this is a rare, rule-breaking Champagne. Made from grapes in Drappier’s “forgotten garden” of heritage varieties. Half still, half sparkling, it is textural, fresh, and quietly radical—this is Champagne reimagined.
Grapes: 100% Fromenteau (Pinot Gris)
Appearance: Bright and golden.
Aroma:
Palate: Semi-sparkling with a rich mouthfeel. Honeyed fruits combine with baked apple, poached pear and pineapple.
