These prices are offered due to the highly competitive positioning of the wines and represent exceptional value within the range. They are available strictly on a case basis—either as 6 bottles of still wine plus — from the Wharie Experience. However, flexibility remains for larger purchases, and orders can still be placed as a mixed selection of 12 bottles or more.
I have thought long and hard about tasting notes. Consumers don't want rigid industry standards—they want a best find, a great recommendation, and a wine that actually represents the grape.
The Wharie Experience is produced by Swiss Oenologist Guillaume Lagger on his wife's family farm in Sway, this boutique micro-winery is right in the heart of the New Forest National Park. Guillaume is a winemaker who avoids traditional constraints to offer surprising, low-intervention, small-batch cuvées.
He’s currently shifting towards sustainable viticulture using hybrid fungus-resistant vines. If it's not for you... move on to another grape (there are over 10,000 of them)!  But trust me, you'll want to stop for this one and all his other wines.
The Wine Review
This Pinot Noir Rosé won a prestigious silver medal at the Independent English Wine Awards (IEWA), and it's easy to see why.
Forget clinical descriptors. Drinking this is like walking through a sun-drenched fruit orchard. Immediately, you're hit with an army of fresh strawberries, red raspberries, and juicy cherries marching their way to your palate. Dancing underneath the initial experience is the touch of citrus and the soft floral notes enticing a wave of brightness.
The Palate is light-bodied, crisp, and bone-dry. A "thirst-quencher" absolute lifesaver on a hot day, loaded with juicy red berries and a playful touch of watermelon. Low alcohol (9.6% ABV), makes  it dangerously delicious and impossibly easy-drinking. The finish is beautifully clean and crisp. You have to love it
