These prices are offered due to the highly competitive positioning of the wines and represent exceptional value within the range. They are available strictly on a case basis—either as 6 bottles of still wine plus — from the Wharie Experience. However, flexibility remains for larger purchases, and orders can still be placed as a mixed selection of 12 bottles or more.
The Wharie Experience Divico 2025 refers to a highly anticipated, newly released low-intervention red wine produced by The Wharie Experience , a boutique vineyard located in Sway, Hampshire within the New Forest.
Crafted by Swiss oenologist Guillaume Lagger, this specific vintage is a milestone release made entirely from Divico, a cutting-edge, disease-resistant Swiss hybrid grape variety. Comes in handy if pesky bugs come near !
Key Characteristics & Profile
The Grape: Divico was originally developed in Switzerland to possess high natural resistance to mildew and rot. This allows the vineyard to operate with minimal chemical intervention, aligning with Lagger's sustainable, organic-focused viticulture philosophy.
Flavor Profile: This wine has a pure and natural juicy cherry character to it with just a touch of oak. If you were to try a wine that is cutting edge , uber trendy and something different then this is the one
Serving Suggestion: It is highly recommended to serve this red wine gently chilled, making it an excellent pairing for summer barbecues.
The 2025 vintage is a breakthrough marker for the producer. Following the vineyard's initial planting of 100% hybrid grapes in 2021, the fruit harvested in late 2025 went into tanks and barrels over the winter.
The Divico bottling represents some of the first fully realized, self-grown red expressions from the estate

Great service, I ordered a bit late just before Xmas . But the wine was delivered promptly and was notified on the tracking of the order. Perfect thank you
I first tried no2 on a date at a fancy restaurant. Its was fantastic,so I thought I would buy a few bottles for home as wine and food always seem to taste better when you are either out or on holiday. Had a little gathering for my wife’s birthday and got asked on numerous occasions what it was they were drinking. Nobody could believe it was English and not French. Enough said.
