Grapes: 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Meunier.
Appearance: Golden with amber highlights, showcasing its maturity and depth. Fine
bubbles form a persistent and creamy mousse.
Aroma: Rich and complex bouquet of aromas, notes of ripe orchard fruits (apples and pears), toasted bread, hazelnuts, and honey. Touches of citrus zest, dried fruits, and a touch of spice. Good minerality.
Palate: Full-bodied and structured, with a rich and creamy texture that envelops the palate. Baked apples, brioche, almonds, and toasty oak. Good acidity and a lovely finish.
