NV Cottonworth Classic Cuvée England
NV Cottonworth Classic Cuvée England
GW says: This Classic Cuvée is award-winning. Refined, creamy sparkling wine that sets up an experience of opposites. Chalky, fruity, floral, yeasty and bready all play their part. Super fine mousse. A richness that is not over the top. It could be likened to a sparkling wine from Epernay – Such is the traditional method used.
Grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier
Appearance: Brilliant pale gold colour with a fabulous burst of elegant bubbles.
Aroma: Elderflower, acacia, crisp green apple, lemon and grapefruit.
Palate: Well-balanced mouth-watering acidity and a creamy mousse. Flavors of ripe pear, peach, and a touch of brioche lead to a clean, lingering finish. Minerality is noticeable.
