2022 Domain Drouhin Oregon Roserock Pinot Noir USA
GW says: Roserock vineyard is at the tip of the Eola-Amity Hills in the southern Willamette Valley. Volcanic soil and an ideal elevation create a unique cooling effect producing classic black and chardonnay Pinots, typical of fresh climates. Roserock is certified for sustainable viticulture. 2021 was a spectacular growing season, producing grapes with complex, elegant flavours.

Appearance: Deep ruby
Aroma: Floral, spicy with intense character of black fruits, caramel, black cherry, dried flowers, and ploughed earth.
Palate: Black fruits, a touch of caramel, black cherry, dried flowers, and ploughed earth. Lovely long finish.
