2019 Everflyht Rosé de Saignée England

Grapes: 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier 

Appearance: Wonderfully bright pale pink appearance. Imagine a Provence rosé colour with bubbles. 

Aroma: Red fruits, redcurrants and red cherries burst out. A delightful appearance from a zesty lemon makes an appearance. Good minerality and a delicate aroma of a Damascan rose!  

Palate: Mirrors the aromas. Such a joy to experience. Good acidity and very refreshing. Good finish.
