GW says: This is a dark wine, almost squid ink in colour. Subtle nuances of tobacco box. Multi-layered flavors of mint, coffee, some fennel and toasted oak notes emerge on the complex palate, leading to a long, intense finish. The grapes are carefully de stemmed and fermented with the winery's own yeasts. It ages for up to 14 months in American oak barrels."
