GW says:

"This is a dark wine, almost squid ink in colour. Subtle nuances of tobacco box. Multi-layered flavors of mint, coffee, some fennel and toasted oak notes emerge on the complex palate, leading to a long, intense finish. The grapes are carefully destemmed and fermented with the winery's own yeasts. It ages for up to 14 months in American oak barrels."

Varietals: 73% Zinfandel, 16% Petite Sirah,9% Carignane, 2% Mataro

Appearance: Dark Ruby

Aroma: Black pepper and raspberry. Vanilla and spice

Palate: Plum Blackberry and cocoa – long finish
