With 50% whole cluster fermentation, it gains aromatic depth and a subtle savoriness, delivering a light, graceful, and energetic expression of Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir.
Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir
Appearance: Deep ruby red hue.
Aroma: Aromatic with notes of crushed red berries, wildflowers, cinnamon, and citrus along with clean coastal earth.
Palate: Toasty cherry spice, dried cranberry tartness, and a faint citrusy orange. Light to medium-bodied but pure and concentrated, with a middle sweetness and a long cinnamony finish
