2021 Domaine of the Bee 'The Bee-Side' Grenache IGP Côtes Catalanes France
GW says: Crafted by Master of Wine Justin Howard-Sneyd at Domaine of the Bee, The Bee-Side 2021 is a luminous expression of Grenache from France’s sun-soaked Roussillon region. Sourced from old bush vines in the Bac de Genievres and Coume de Roy vineyards - this wine reflects the character of its terroir. The estate encompasses approximately 4 hectares of vineyards, with vines aged between 50 and 100 years. Hand-harvested, the wine is a blend of whole-bunch and destemmed Grenache, including a portion of saignée rosé, resulting in a light-bodied, juicy red ideal for serving slightly chilled. A vibrant, chillable Grenache from Roussillon’s rugged heart.
