GW says: Situated on the tope of a ridge above Occidental town (home to another amazing vineyard) This Pinot Noir is organic and biodynamic. The vineyards goal is to make sure they can look after the grapes from ‘shoot to fruit’ and beyond. 2017 saw the Belay vineyard increase by 20% of the grapes – this help structure and balance of the wines but also added a grown-up spicy note to the wine. Dangerously delicious!
 
Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir

Appearance: Dark Garnet

Aroma: Bright red fruits – red cherry, red berries and cranberries.

Palate: Clove vanilla and pie crust – touches of minerality with mouth-watering minerality and smooth tannins compliment this exceptional red. Great Finish.

Char-grilled steak, Peppercorn-crusted tuna, Grilled aubergine, zucchini, and tomatoes.
