🌎 Radio-Coteau Estate Belay Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast 2017

Situated on the tope of a ridge above Occidental town (home to another amazing vineyard) This Pinot Noir is organic and biodynamic. The vineyards goal is to make sure they can look after the grapes from ‘shoot to fruit’ and beyond. 2017 saw the Belay vineyard increase by 20% of the grapes – this help structure and balance of the wines but also added a grown-up spicy note to the wine. Dangerously delicious.

Bright red fruits – red cherry , redberries and cranberries

Clove vanilla and pie crust – touches of minerality with about a 10-15% acidity / mouth-watering feel & smooth tannins compliment this exceptional red. Great Finish

With grilled foods. A char-grilled steak, a peppercorn-crusted tuna, or even assorted grilled vegetables such as eggplant, zucchini, and tomatoes pair well.
