NV Champagne Ruinart R de Ruinart Rosé France
NV Champagne Ruinart R de Ruinart Rosé France
GW says: R de Ruinart Rosé is a refined and elegant Champagne from one of the oldest Champagne houses in the world, Maison Ruinart—founded in 1729. This cuvée is known for its balance of freshness, finesse, and fruit-forward charm.
Grapes: 55% Pinot Noir, 45% Chardonnay
Appearance: Delicate pomegranate pink with orange reflections. The sparkling, light effervescence has a persistent foam.
Aroma: Subtle and fresh, first offering tropical fruits (guava and lychee) and small berries (raspberries, cherries and wild strawberries) followed by rose and pomegranate which completes the complex, intense aromatic profile.
Palate: Distinct and full, cradled by a gentle effervescence. Aromas of freshly picked berries are fully expressed. The balance brings together a delightful freshness and voluptuous body, expressed by an elegant bracing touch of mint and pink grapefruit.
