GW says: Hundred Hills Zero Dosage Cuvée is a limited edition, precision-made English sparkler produced in very small quantities and showcasing a beautiful ‘first-pass’ selection of only the very ripest grapes from estate-grown Pinot Noir and Chardonnays, looking to maximise the acidity from a warm vintage, with long aging in mind. Aged 40 months on lees and fermented in wood, it’s bone-dry, elegantly structured, and layered with citrus, stone fruit, and savory spice. A crystalline wine made for purists—and seafood lovers. 

Produced in very small quantities for those who already know and love our highly structured blanc de blancs. A beautiful ‘first-pass’ selection of only the very ripest grapes from our Pinot Noir and Chardonnays, looking to maximise the acidity from a warm vintage, with long aging in mind. With 40 months on the lees, fermentation in wood, and a partial-malo this is a unique sparkling finished in zero dosage form.

Grapes: Pinot Noir & Chardonnay from early-ripening estate vines

Appearance: Bright, pale gold with a fine, persistent mousse

Aroma: Ripe lemon, grapefruit zest, red apple skin, and sweet pastry

Palate: Crisp and mineral-driven with yellow plum, citrus, and a saline-spice finish
