GW says: As rare as hens teeth is this single parcel from the heart of Henley on Thames. This is a dangerously delicious wine. A rich nose with a nectarine or tangerine character. Total Malolactic fermentation which allowed for creaminess to come through to the full. Great acidity.

Grapes: 100% Chardonnay, 6 months in oak casks

Appearance: Fine mousse and delicate bubbles accompanies its pale green golden colour.

Aroma: Strawberry, red apple and red cherries. Blood orange, ripe nectarine and peaches and cream.
