GW says: High up in the Stonor Valley sits this fabulous vineyard.  One of the main attraction for growing vines here is the cold air flows down the slopes and away from the vines, so less risk of frost. Being surrounded by lakelands regulates the warmer area- needed for growing. 67,000 Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines. Perfect situation and perfect growing conditions means less to worry about when growing. Produced without Malolatic Fermentation to help keep acidity fresh and crisp.

Grapes: 100% Chardonnay, 6 months in oak casks

Appearance: Fine mousse and delicate bubbles accompanies its pale green golden colour.

Aroma:  White flowers, white peaches, exotic honeysuckle, some pastry notes.

Palate: White flowers and peaches and exotic honeysuckle, nectarines and a touch of green apples.
