GW says: With the absence of Chardonnay in the wine what you are left with is a bigger expression of English sparkling wine. A rich nose of frangipane, bursting with red fruit (strawberries and raspberries) and juicy ripe apple. Fine, persistent bubbles on the palate, a hint of black cherry and a long finish make this sumptuously soft yet harmoniously balanced.
