2025 Hattingley Valley Entice Dessert Wine England

GW says: A very limited release, made from 100% Bacchus grapes in an ice-wine style. The grapes were hand-picked and frozen to -18°C for 16 days. Slowly pressed in for approximately 48 hours, leaving most of the liquid behind as ice. The result is a sweet concentration of flavour.

Grapes: 100% Bacchus

Appearance: Pale lemon-gold in colour.

Aroma: This decadent dessert wine has vibrant aromas of tropical fruits and blossom.

Palate: Notes of elderflower and lemon and a honeyed creamy mouthfeel. Its crisp acidity balances with the natural sweetness of the Bacchus grapes, leading to a pure, elegant and refreshing finish
