GW says: Intense and rich, Gusbourne's Blanc de Noirs is red-fruit driven and precise. Generous and round, with flavours of ripe red cherry, strawberry and red apple. It enjoys extended lees ageing to develop its complexity and depth.
Grapes: 75% Pinot Noir, 14% Chardonnay, 11% Pinor Meunier
Appearance: Light golden
Aroma: Light golden in colour with a delicate mousse and a vibrant nose showing orchard fruits, stone fruits and orange zest, with floral notes of fresh violet.
Palate: Generous and rounded with red cherry, ripe strawberry and red apple, alongside a darker, slatey mineral character, later notes of freshly baked pastry and sweet spice, complex, long finish.
