2013 Ca'del Bosco Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero Italy
GW says: This is a Blanc de Noirs that is a combination of austerity, tautness and expressive rigor, without any dosage, in order to avoid tampering with its truest and most instinctive expression. Every bottle released is given an individual marking to ensure its traceability.
Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir
Appearance: Golden, bright and clear. Fine, persistent mousse.
Aroma: Notes of slightly candied fruit (apple, orange and lemon), followed by notes of vanilla, hazelnut and roasted nuts.
Palate: Rich and creamy. Complex elegance. Salty aftertaste and long finish."
