GW says: The Drouhin family, best known for their work in their native region of Burgundy, see here the perfect marriage between US Pinot Noir and Burgundian soul. The estate, which is managed by Véronique Drouhin, centres on a patchwork of hillside vines in Oregon’s Red Hills, which produce two acclaimed Pinot Noirs cuvées and a very limited amount of Chardonnay.

Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir

Appearance: Deep ruby red.

Aroma: Encompasses both red and black berry fruit, complexity coming from citrus, spice and tea notes.

Palete: A very fine, seamlessly silky texture.
