NV Champagne Jacquesson Cuvée 746 Zero Dosage Extra Brut France | Jeroboam
NV Champagne Jacquesson Cuvée 746 Zero Dosage Extra Brut France | Jeroboam
GW says: Jacquesson Cuvée 746 isn’t here to spray on yachts or hang out in ice buckets at beach clubs. It's a serious grower Champagne—the kind that wears a monocle, quotes Baudelaire, and still somehow pairs perfectly with crisps. Built from the 2018 base vintage with reserve wines and zero dosage, it’s as dry as your uncle’s humour and twice as refined. Crafted mostly from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards in Vallée de la Marne and Côte des Blancs, this bottle has layers, like a sparkling onion in a dinner jacket. It’s vinous, structured, complex—and dangerously drinkable.
Grapes: Mostly Chardonnay, with Pinot Noir & Meunier making elegant cameos.
Appearance: Pale gold with persistent bubbles—sophisticated sparkle.
Aroma: Lemon peel, baked apple, toasted brioche, and a suggestion of chalkboard.
Palate: Bone-dry, textured, citrus-driven with a savoury finish and Champagne gravitas.
