GW says: Drappier has created a 100% Pinot Noir cuvée, 100% first press without dosage and without sulfur, meaning only natural residual sugar remains, less than 2g per bottle. The total absence of sulfur gives the wine the freedom to express itself completely. Drappier is not a Champagne house to over complicate things. It tends to take a one step back attitude and let nature do its thing.

Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir 

Appearance: Golden colour 

Aroma: Red fruits, redcurrants, red cherries and a touch of citrus.

Palate: Quince blackcurrant and maybe spice (gingerbread).
