A light, fruit driven red wine produced with 100% Dorset Pinot Noir.
Opening with a fresh fruity, cherry led nose, this is a wine that draws you in from the start and is an elegant example of English terroir. This medium-bodied wine has a soft,
sumptuous mouthfeel with long-lasting flavours. On the palette it’s brimming with
mouthwatering red fruit flavours of cherry and raspberry. Time in carefully selected French and American oak has developed the warmingnotes of peppercorn and cloves, smoothed with just a touch of vanilla, with a refreshing acidity
to finish.
 Best served slightly chilled at 12-14°C
