GW says: This signature Bacchus blend is a vibrant and expressive.  Made from the finest hand-harvested Bacchus and Seyval Blanc grapes in 2021.  JoJo’s is based high in the picturesque Chiltern Hills close to Henley on Thames, and boasts the perfect chalky south/south western facing slopes to grow exceptional grapes for wine. Jo Jo's first still wine, JoJo’s Bacchus – Seyval Blanc, was released in September 2022.

Grapes: 74% Bacchus, 26% Seyval Blanc

Appearance: Highly aromatic, with quince, apple blossom and white peach notes

Aroma:

Palate: The palate has good weight but is also fresh with a citrus driven acidity. The quince and apples comes though too

Food Pairing

It is great as an aperitif on its own, or with seafood or garden veg.
