Not only is it good on a summers day but this is a good choice all year round. The mix of grapes contribute to the wine's complexity, structure, and flavor profile.
Grapes: 47% Pinot Noir, 47% Chardonnay, 6% Pinot Meunier,
Appearance: Pale straw color with touches of a golden hue. Lots of fine bubbles.

Palate: With a delicate/ soft mouthfeel. and enticing minerality welcomes you in. With orchard fruits, toasty brioche notes almonds and white flowers. This is a delicious sparkling wine with good acidity, creamy and very refreshing.
