Grapes: 100% Chardonnay 

Appearance: Pale yellow colour. Small bubbles – a sign of a delicate elegance coupled with a smooth mousse 

Aroma: Lemons and grapefruit, pear and white flowers on the nose. Touches of bready brioche and almond add that elegance to this wine.

Palate: Flavors of lemon zest, green apple, and a touch of minerality lead to a refreshing and lingering finish. The palate is remarkably well balanced, with a fine mousse and impressive freshness.
