These prices are offered due to the highly competitive positioning of the wines and represent exceptional value within the range. They are available strictly on a case basis—either as 6 bottles of sparkling wine or 12 bottles of still wine — from Sandridge Barton. However, flexibility remains for larger purchases, and orders can still be placed as a mixed selection of 12 bottles or more.

Appearance
Pale lemon with a soft golden tint, bright and polished in the glass, showing a youthful vibrancy with a gentle sheen.

Aroma
Clean, lifted and delicately aromatic. Notes of ripe pear, yellow apple and white peach lead the way, followed by hints of lemon zest and honeysuckle. There’s a subtle touch of almond and a faint mineral edge, giving the wine an understated complexity and elegance. Dangerously delicious.

Palate
Fresh yet gently textured, striking a fine balance between vibrancy and softness. Orchard fruits—pear and apple—carry through, joined by citrus peel and a touch of stone fruit. Crisp acidity, keeping the wine precise and refreshing. The finish is clean, lightly spiced and faintly mineral, with a lingering note of ripe fruit and citrus. Not too much !

Food Pairing
An excellent match for light, flavourful dishes. Pair with grilled chicken, pork with apple sauce, or creamy mushroom risotto. It also works beautifully with seafood such as pan-fried scallops or smoked salmon, while soft cheeses—particularly Brie or Camembert—highlight its rounded texture and gentle fruit profile.
