Pale straw with shimmering silver-green highlights. Brilliantly clear and vibrant in the glass, suggesting freshness and tension.

Aroma

Highly expressive and lifted. Aromas of lime zest, green apple and white peach lead, followed by notes of nectarine and crisp pear. Floral hints of jasmine and orange blossom add elegance, while a distinctive mineral edge — wet stone and sea spray — underscores its coastal origin. Subtle petrol nuances may develop with aeration and age.

Palate

Dry and laser-focused. A bright line of acidity drives flavours of citrus peel, Granny Smith apple and stone fruit. The texture is sleek and linear, yet there is a gentle mid-palate weight that adds dimension without compromising precision. Mineral tension carries through to a long, mouth-watering finish marked by saline freshness and citrus zest. Balanced and structured, with the capacity to evolve gracefully.
