2020 Everflyht Blanc de Noirs

Appearance

Shows a delicate golden-straw hue with fine, persistent bead rising through the glass. 

Aroma

A wonderfully expressive nose - Bright ripe strawberries and red berry fruit leap forward, followed by pastry notes and a touch of spice. 

Palate

ripe strawberries and a touch of red cherry. Creamy, brioche-like texture and a subtle savoury edge that sit alongside a fresh, lively acidity. The finish is warm, gently spiced and lengthened by elegant mousse and fine bubbles.
