NV Champagne Ruinart Blanc de Blancs France

GW says: Harvested by hand. A blend of 25–30 crus including 20–30% reserve wine kept from a range of vintages. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats.

Grapes: 100% Chardonnay  

Appearance: Brilliant pale yellow color with touches of almond and jade green.

Aroma: Fresh fruit: ripe lemon, juicy pear. White flowers, spicy ginger and pink peppercorns.

Palate: Ripe citrus and tropical fruit. With a long and delicate finish.
