Collection: Hattingley Valley, Hampshire

Simon Robinson founded Hattingley Valley in 2008, which is located at Wield Yard in Lower Wield, Near Alresford, Hampshire.

They produce predominantly English sparkling wine but also some still wines and very rarely, on an exceptional harvest, they produce their sweet wine Hattingley Valley Entice.

Work at the vineyard is all done by hand. Each bunch is carefully picked to avoid any damage to the grapes. The hours are long and days endless, but it brings everyone together and is just the start of the wine making journey.
