Collection: Bollinger, France

Bollinger is Champagne with character — dense, nuanced, and perfectly poised. At its heart is Pinot Noir: bold, structured, unmistakable. It's lifted by the precision of Côte des Blancs Chardonnay and deepened by a signature creamy effervescence — the result of oak fermentation and long lees aging.

Each glass tells a story. One shaped by five enduring pillars: estate vineyards, Pinot dominance, reserve magnums, oak barrels, and time.

From 179 hectares — 85% Grand and Premier Cru — Bollinger draws from seven vineyards. Pinot flourishes in Aÿ, Avenay, Tauxières, Louvois, and Verzenay near the Montagne de Reims. Chardonnay comes from Cuis; Meunier from Champvoisy.

With over 60% planted to Pinot Noir, it's more than a grape — it’s the soul of the House. Complex, elegant, and powerful, just like Bollinger itself.
