GW says: Historically the Sea Bed Vineyard was under water, the former bay area extended inland till tectonic shifts transformed the land into rolling hills of West Sonoma County. The sandy loam are still present in the soil, and the Estate-grown SeaBed Chardonnay serves as a hommage of this history. Vineyard blocks mature as the years pass and SeaBed keeps on getting.

Grapes: 100% Chardonnay

Appearance: Youthful golden colour.

Aroma: Crushed rocks, graphite, dried herbs, chamomile, and chalk. Medium-bodied, refreshing acidity, it has notes of lemon custard and ripe apple, delicate oak spice. 

Palate: Medium-bodied, refreshing acidity, it has notes of lemon custard and ripe apple, delicate oak spice. Well-balanced and long on the palate.
