GW says: Robert Parker seems to have stopped reviewing this producer from 2014 onwards which is a shame as this is a fabulous producer producing wines of amazing character. – Give this one a try.

Grapes: 70% Syrah, 25% Zinfandel, 5% Pinot Noir

Appearance: Deeply coloured Garnet

Aroma: Deep dark notes of blackberry compote.  

Palate: Evidence of fresh Lavender and salty black olives with a tantalising vanilla working its way through the mouth. White Pepper on a long finish. Tannins are there but don’t dry the palate.
