"The UK's only home-produced Crémant. With a less aggressive fizz than traditional sparkling wine , it slides across the palate with a gentle creaminess, hence the name. A higher content of black grapes than the previous assemblage gives stone fruit aroma and touches of gooseberry on the palate. It has exceptional balance and lingering citrus flavours with a hazelnut finish. Very much in the Crémant style, more a ‘wine that sparkles’ than a ‘sparkling wine' showing purity and elegance."

Appearance: Bright, attractive pale lemon colour with a persistent fine bubbles.

Aroma: Fresh, floral aroma of apple blossom interlaced with delicate peach stone fruit alongside decadent notes of brioche.

Palate:  A sumptuous creamy texture marries ripe Cox's apples with gooseberry and a hint of crumble.
